    I have been trying to stop myself from smoking cigarettes and it has been almost a year that I haven’t smoked a cigarette. I do get cravings where I want to just take a puff and when I deny that to myself I just get irritated.
    Having a proper diet and doing some exercise has really helped me with my cravings and I completely understand people who relapse because the process of coming out clean is very difficult.

      Congrats on being clean from cigarettes for nearly a year, that is a massive achievement. I have found myself really feeling so much healthier and happier since I have started eating better and exercising more.

    Great article on addiction recovery, I agree when your body is receiving the right balance of nutrients recovery from addiction is much easier to accomplish. Great tips on nutrition and addiction recovery, we all have some type of addiction to some degree. Mine is chocolate, what might yours be?

    Many of us has addiction such as chocolate which is not dangerous for our health, unless we consume so much we gain so much weight it affects our health but even the addictions which are not dangerous still are a challenge for us to resist.

      Well I could say that I now have little coffee and chocolate problem since I quit smoking cigarettes but it has gotten better than it was when I first quit.

      Yes I agree with you, I think everyone at some stage experiences addiction in some way or another even if they may think they don’t.

      I am hoping to find the time to share about my coffee and chocolate experiences since I quit smoking. Otherwise I eat very healthily and I do believe that helped me a lot in my early recovery from drugs and alcohol.
